  Nothing special about this hotel.

  They put us in a big room in the 10th but we asked for another one because of the noise coming from the elevators. Then they gave us a room in the 3rd floor, with a column in the middle. Also, there was some “ladies” in the room next to ours making a lot of noise! I had to ask them to close the door (and it didn’t work) because the hotel staff did nothing even after I complain. There was no breakfast. The water tasted so bad! and we had to ask for it every day.

  Suites are comfortable,clean and spacious staff are very willing to help in any way.All toll very good.

  Just one point that should be checked out. Althought it is a non-smoking room there was a cigarete smell each time after coming out of the bathroom after having a shower...Probably in carpet.

  Easy to find on a main street off highway. Parking reasonable at $15/day.

  The location of the hotel was quite good, reasonably close to the downtown shopping area and to the Bell Centre. The staff at the front counter were polite and helpful. The food was good both at the restaurant and room service.

  The room felt old and dark, and the sheets and towels were old, torn in places and smelt funny. The bed also creaked with every movement and therefore hard to get a good night's sleep.

  The hotel did not provide breakfast. I would have expected that for the advertised price (149 cad!) a breakfast could have been included. It was not clear at the time of the booking that my booking was not for a hotel room but rather an apartment in a block of flats, many of which were sublet to noisy young students! The hotel did not make a discount for a solo traveler! There was no information of any kind of the facilities provided in my room!

  The toilet wasn't very good and rooms seemed to be dated. Location in the city was very urban and not very close to anything of great interest.

  When I booked I thought it was one price....until check out found out it was much more....many taxes on top......

  The proximixity to Ste. Catherine and Crescent Streets was convenient. One front desk staff member ( Ari?) was extremely helpful and engaging.

  The breakfast buffet was terrible. Cold, old and not worth the price charged. The Spa was marketed as part of the hotel and is not. It is in the industrial basement and the treatment purchased was advertised as a 2.5 hour experience and was not. The masseuse was pleasant, but did not speak English which was awkward and the pampering feeling throughout the experience was not felt. Our room was near the metal stairwell and noisy with foot traffic. There was a child staying above us who ran across our ceiling all night.
